This wedding at the Hilton Pearl River is an example of a bride living through a ‘worst case scenario’ – walking down the aisle with a broken leg. But it’s not all bad; in fact her broken leg is rather apropos. She broke it playing ice hockey. And it was on the ice playing hockey where she met her future husband Bryan.

With a can-do attitude that will serve them both well in life, Alissa and Bryan powered through the day with enthusiasm . .  she got a little help down the aisle from the groomsmen but her cast didn’t stop her from cutting up the dance floor. The couple had over 200 guests at their wedding and everybody danced all night long.

I cropped out the crutches and foot cast for most of the photographs. With Alissa’s brave smile, the support of Bryan and a whole lot of loving family and friends, we are able to edit an album full of nothing but happy memories.
