Warm destination weddings, especially those in the middle of a frigid winter, are a dream come true. Amanda and Tom’s Mexico wedding at the Zoetry Hotel was a welcome sojourn from the harsh New York winter. Their many friends and family that made the trip to this beautiful Mayan Riviera resort were rewarded with beautiful weather and a wedding celebration that doubled as a great vacation. My last day was a day off so I did some snorkeling, windsurfing and snuck in a few delicious margaritas with the wedding party.
