This lovely couple was married around the corner from the Gramercy Park Hotel at the Calvery St. George’s church. I fell in love with the Gramercy Park Hotel the moment I walked through the doors. The hotel, originally designed by Robert T. Lyons in 1925, was more recently made over by the artist/filmmaker Julian Schnabel. Schnabel’s eclectic mix of museum quality art including works by Jean-Michel Basquiat, Damien Hirst, Richard Prince, Julian Schnabel, Cy Twombly and Andy Warhol and his artfully appointed interiors make for a rich immersive experience. Photographing amongst such beauty is pure inspiration bliss.
